Massages

The manipulation of the muscles and other soft tissues of the body (as by stroking, kneading, or rubbing with one or both hands or an instrument) by a massage therapist for therapeutic purposes (as to relieve pain, promote healing, or improve physical functioning)

Dry Cupping

Dry cupping is a traditional therapeutic technique where cups are applied to the skin to create a vacuum, promoting increased blood flow, relaxation of muscles, and potential relief from pain and tension without the use of heat or incisions.

Stretching

The overall goal of stretch therapy is to treat muscle tightness, joint imbalances, and tissue restrictions that cause movement distortions, aches and pains, and increased risk of injury. Over time, stretch therapy improves range of motion, leading to improved movement patterns and fewer injuries.

Muscle Scraping

Muscle Scraping (or IASTM) involves using a range of tools to enable clinicians to efficiently locate and treat individuals diagnosed with soft-tissue dysfunction. Typically a tapered edge stainless steel instrument is utilized.
